In early 2012, we refocused and restructured our business to concentrate on food (comprising of palm oil and sago) and renewable energy sectors while maintaining our investments in the abovementioned other businesses.

IT Staff – Infrastructure Support
Main Responsibility :
To assist in the managing and supporting of the IT infrastructure of the Company, including hardware, software, desktop and shared infrastructure, voice and data networks, and servers.This includes the following:
- Support and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventive maintenance work, backup and perform regular support activities to ensure effectiveness of the infrastructure.
- Support and monitor the Company’s internal networks and links to head-office, other sites or the Internet to ensure they are configured and working properly.
- Plan, manage and implement new infrastructure projects and upgrades to meet Company goals and business needs
- Review system logs on critical servers regularly and address system generated errors and warnings immediately to ensure minimum downtimes and disruption to users
- Regularly review security patches and Operating System service packs on all servers and install the latest security patches/service packs periodically for optimum server performance
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Certified in any of IT professional qualification are preferable
- Having 3-5 years working experience in IT with minimum 3 years experiences in IT infrastructure
- Proven and demonstrable experience in supporting IT infrastructure including network, security and hardware
- Excellent broad understanding of IT infrastructure environment, IT concepts, technologies & trends
- Good experience in IT troubleshooting and customer dealing
- Proficient in English & having good communication, energetic, dynamic, responsibility, cooperative and systematic
- Proactive and solution driven
- Work Location : Jakarta
